fish (or shrimp)
diced ginger roots
diced spring onions
2 tbsp of light soy sauce
2 tbsp of brown sugar
3 tbsp of vinegar
1 tbsp of cooking wine
1 tbsp of corn starch
sesame oil
1) stir fry fish, then set aside
2) stir fry ginger and onion, then add soy sauce, wine, sugar, vinegar
3) add fish to the sauce, mix, then add corn starch paste,
4) finish with a few drops of sesame oil
